Blog Post Header

    Divi Ultimate Child Theme

    When there is no featured image for a blog post I would like it to pick one of three random images to use as the blog post header. Do you have any pointers of how I could make this happen? Thanks!

    If you are using our custom blog post feature, then you can set a static blog header background image for those blog posts that didn't have any featured image. It's just a static background image, not one of three random images.

    To achieve that, try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    **Change YOUR BACKGROUND IMAGE URL to your background image URL.

    Thank you! That will work for that. One more thing...Is there a way to use the image I specify above (or can I use a new image) behind the header text but leave the featured image the same? Please see attached image. I would like to replace the image with the star on it with a more branded image but retain the featured image (the image of the turtle).

    To set a static background image for all your blog header, you can try the CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    **Change YOUR BACKGROUND IMAGE URL to your background image URL.
