Blurry Featured image on Blog and Fb Posts

    Hi,

    Im getting mad about this.

    All my featured images are blurry. Even when i post a link to an article on FB, the featured image will be shown blurry.
    I tried a lot of different sizes, with no change.

    Wordpress seems to create a version of the image that is 400x250px. That image is already blurry.

    How can i change this.

    Thank you so much for your help. Its a big one for me.
