Booked Plugin - Display Issue

    Hi all,

I'm new here and relatively new to Wordpress so may be missing something really obvious but short of throwing my laptop at the wall I am running out of ideas. I am IT literate and work in IT support to can discuss in IT language, here goes.

I have build a site www.positivetouchtherapy.co.uk, and have my customer using the Booked plugin to manage appointments, the only thing preventing it going live is what I think is a display issue in the browser (Chrome & Edge) but the support for the plugin has given me the usual, disable plugins, clear cache, change theme etc. My issue falls in that if I change the Theme (DIVI), I will lose all the formatting and need to start again, again this could be lack of experience but I'm a little nervous here. I've disabled all plugins and no difference.

I've gone through every colour setting to see if I've got white text in a white field and tried as best I can with my experience to 'inspect' the raw code via web browser and still can't get the fields to display on the front end.

    I'd really appreciate any advice!

Couldn't find the form on your site. But it sounded more like the plugin CSS issue.

Not sure if it helps but you may try to disable Static CSS File Cache & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation

Hey, thank you so much for your advice, unfortunately this didn't work...

You won't be able to get to the form in question as it's currently disabled on the site to prevent my customers customer seeing it and booking appointments.

I'll keep checking, the plugin author has advised it could possibly be resolved via custom CSS but that means I've got some learning to do, I haven't really delved into CSS other than picking up pieces online and trial/error.
