    After install the update I can’t have access at my website...

    Sorry for the troubles.

    Since you already use Divi Powerful on your Divi site, you shouldn't be using Divi Ultimate Blog Plugin anymore, as Divi Powerful already has the blog feature built-in. Those standalone plugins are meant to be used on Divi site that doesn't use our child theme.

    To fix this, kindly login to your cPanel file manager or FTP & navigate to your site root/wp-content/plugins/ & delete Divi-Ultimate-Blog-Plugin-2 folder & you're good to go.

    But if previously, all your settings are set for the blog plugin, not Divi Powerful, then you will need to re-set all the blog styling again in the Theme Customizer.

    But if you wish to continue to use the blog plugin with Divi Powerful (to retain all your previous blog settings), then you will need to go to site root/wp-content/themes/Divi-Powerful/dp-assets/main-functions.php & go to line 3083 & you will see the code below:
