Solved Button in the header menu

In my header I added a css class (tw-custom-link) to 'maak een afsoraak' with some css code. I want the button with an orange background and white letters. If you go over it I want a dark background with white letters. I also want to be able to style the button so it is less high.
I use the css below. Unfortunately it doesn't work.
