Call to action buttons

    i am new to divi and taking over a new website that is being managed with divi and in the header page it has 2 call to action buttons, is the number of buttons available based on the theme that was selected or is there a way to add a 3rd button? I could not find where to add it or is there a tutorial to assist with that? Thank you .
