Call To Action module reacts on mouse down

    Shouldn't the CTA module in Divi only proceed to the next page onmouseclick (or rather onmouseup) rather than onmousedown? I'm having an issue where when scrolling my site on mobile I tap to scroll passed the CTA modules but as soon as I tap down the page change is triggered. In other words, I can't tap and hold to scroll over the CTAs.
