Can I Reset Divi Defaults Without Breaking The Site ?

This is probably a dumb question to a lot of the members.
I am just experiencing seriously odd behavior after accessing Divi Theme Options through the Appearance tab.
Anchor points not stopping correctly ( using on page links), html attempting to use images that are no longer located in WordPress or even on my server. (deleted over a year ago)

I am also curious to know if there is a plugin that will reset all of Divi's directives to a stock configuration without changing the look or functionality of my site.
Or maybe even a Divi Theme Reset plugin that would recommended.
    Please forgive the newbie questions.
I am in no way shape or form a proper sight developer.
Just relentless and desire to cure the functionality and visual issues that my site is experiencing.

    Thank You

I tried to click on the menu anchor links & it does stop at the right spot, where you have the CSS ID set.

    Am I missing something?

Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

The anchor points that I am referring to are the Upgrade, Repair or Contact Us, main menu buttons.
When I click on either of those buttons the page does scroll down to the buttons.

The page just clips the top of the two small images and the bottom reveals just a little bit of the module below.
The desired result will be clicking on either Upgrade, Repair or Contact Us main header menu buttons and having the body of the page center upon landing (no clipping at the top and no small reveal of the bottom module).

I have manually adjusted the How It Works main header menu button to center that module at the end of it's scroll.
I would love for the Upgrade, Repair and Contact Us to center in the middle of that section at the end of it's scroll as well.

This behavior was designed into this site a couple of years ago.
I do not know when it changed and have not been able to locate the source of change.

I did find that WP Super Cache was not compatible with my site version (rookie oversight).
I now use WP Fastest Cache

I Have stepped down my php versions.
    Disabled all plugins.
Created a staging copy and used Wp Reset to step down Word Press versions.

I am operating under the belief that the WP Super Cache incompatibility has caused deeper issues with my Divi builder.
I am just not sure how to go about correcting these issues.

I will admit that I have only viewed my site on my desktop (27 inch monitor), using Chrome and Fire Fox.
My source for viewing on different machines (the library) is closed due to the pandemic.

    Thank you for your time!
