Cannot import divi.help industrial json

    I have tried to upload the .json file for the one page Industrial template, but it uploads and then the green tick on the import window just stays there, the content is never imported into the page.
    My site is importing other json files with no problem, and I have even tried to import industrial to other Divi sites, but same no show result.

    Is there perhaps an issue with the json file exported from one page Industrial, can support please check this or suggest why it may be happening? I have enough php memory etc to do this.

    For the issue that you're facing, it's due to security firewall blocking the import (false alarm). This is because our layout contains custom coding with <script> & <style> tag.

    If you have any security plugin installed, such as Wordfence, try to disable it & see if you can import it correctly. If not, it's likely to be blocked by your server firewall. You will then need to ask your webhost to look for the error log & whitelist it.
