Can't click on toggle to open or close

I updated Divi and was unable to use the Divi builder. It would say that I had a "Divi builder time out." I fixed this issue by updating my PHP to 7.1. This did not fix my toggle issue as I had hoped. My toggle isn't "clickable" anymore, so they do not open or close when clicked on, as they used to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the site, I set all of the toggle to "open" so the content could at least be seen, but they won't close when clicked.

Just an advice: For this type of issue, it's best for you to ask it in ElegantThemes support forum.

It seems like a plugin conflict. Did you try disabling all of the plugins?

    Kind regards,

Hi, yes, I turn on Divi's safe mode, and the toggle issue fixed, so I guess it should because plugin conflicts. My question now is is there a way that I can deactivate my plugins one by one safely without losing my setting to figure out which plugin caused this issue.
    Cheers

Yes my man, one step closer! :D

You can indeed do that safely and for that, you need FTP or Cpanel access. Do you have either of them?

    Kind regards,

Log in into cPanel of your website and then go to wp-content -> plugins and
    1. Make a new directory inside plugins folder, I usually name it 0(just zero number).
    2. Move all of the plugins to that folder
    3. Now your plugins folder should have just the 0 folder.
    4. Go inside the 0 folder and move one by one plugin out to the plugins folder.
    5. You move one plugin and then you check if toggle stops to work again, if not, keep moving until toggle stops working.
    6. And you guessed it, the culprit is the plugin you moved out just before toggle stopped working.

Warning: while doing this, do not go to the plugins page in your website admin dashboard.

Let me know if this helped.

    Kind regards,
    Problemizer

    Hi there,

When I moved all the plugins to the new folder, the toggle still doesn't work. Any other ideas? Really appreciate your help!!!

You said that the toggle issue was fixed in the safe mode. What I advised you to do is the same as the safe mode, just manually doing the same work.

So when you move all of the plugins into the new folder, clear the cache and open the website in an incognito browser. Then refresh it with CTRL + R couple of times. If that repairs the toggle, just continue with the steps.

Let me know how that went.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,
I did exactly as you instructed, please see the screenshot. And the toggles work in safe mode. But it doesn't work when I moved all the plugins to the new folder.

OK, then if you are using a child theme, please activate the parent theme. Also, comment all the custom code you have written(put /* before the code and */ after to comment the CSS code).

Let me know how that goes.

    Kind regards,

    Hi there,

Because this website has lots of users visiting it, I couldn't activate the parent theme which would break the website for a while. I ran it in debug script mode and the toggles regained some functionality. Screenshots below are from console output.

    Cheers
