Solved Can't create new posts and open in divi builder

    Hello,

    I've been trying to create a new post for the last couple of days, but I keep getting the attached error message. I have tried deactivating all my plug-ins and checking my home and site addresses are the same in cpanel, but I've had no luck.

    Just to clarify, I can open and view my existing post. For some reason, though, I can't create new posts and amend them in divi builder.

    Can any please help me with this problem?

    I would suggest you to:

    1. Enable Safe Mode in Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled & see if it works.
    2. If still not working, go to Appearance > Themes & switch back to Divi theme as active theme (if you're using child theme) & see if it works.

    Hi,

    thanks for your quick reply. My main divi theme is currently active, and I've tried turning the safe mode on but I am still getting the error message.

    I'll try contacting elegant themes as your suggest. Thanks for your help.
