Helping to edit community web pages in WP. Can edit every page but one. When I go to the page none of the img or text boxes are highlighted when you hover over them. When clicking on image the edit toolbar does not appear. Any help appreciated

Can you get into the module settings if you go through either the layers view (https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/theme-releases/divi-layers-view) or wireframe mode (https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/theme-releases/divi-wireframe-mode)?

If so, a) you'll hopefully be able to edit them that way at least, and b) it would suggest the issue might be something intercepting the mouse hover rather than a deeper issue with the builder. It's hard to say what would be intercepting or otherwise blocking the mouse hover, but as it's just happening on that one page, I'd look for any elements used only on that page (code modules, embedded widgets, etc) that might be causing issues and try temporarily disabling / removing them.

If you can't get through to the module settings either of those ways, try enabling Divi's safe mode (https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/...ing-safe-mode-system-status-and-remote-access) which will temporarily disable any plugins - if that fixes the issue, disable safe mode again and go through disabling the plugins one at a time to see if you can figure out which one triggers the issue.

If it happens even in safe mode, it probably needs someone (e.g. Elegant Themes support) to login and take a look.
