Cant upload layouts to a certain website

    Hi all,

    I downloaded a copy for cart layout json file. I want to use this on a woocommerce site. When i follow the steps Theme builder -> upload the layout, it fails and a red cross X showing up.

    However, when i try the layout on my demo site, it loads the layout successfully.

    I dont know whats wrong but I cant find the answer... Can anyone help me :(

    Both imported at the same place?

    Then kindly check if you fulfill the server requirements stated in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status
