Hello - I would like to add a caption added when an image is added to the media library that shows up when a feature image is used on a post. I tried to do it using this tutorial but something must be blocking it: https://divimundo.com/en/blog/display-caption-below-featured-image/

If you're using our child theme blog design, then you need to edit the single blog template in WP Admin > Plugins > Plugin Editor > Divi Ultimate Plugin > blog > du-blog-1.php
