Category Pages in the Backend Not Working

    Hi,
    I have been trying to login to the divi builder on the category pages on our website but it comers up blank. I can get into the backend of the individual products. I have deactivated plugins, tried safe mode, cleared all caching, and still nothing. Everything works on the frontend. I just cannot access the category pages as soon as I hit enable divi builder to change background colours, wordings etc. Any help would be much appreciated.

    For categories page, you should edit it at WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder & look for the respective template or create a new template for it.
