I have edited the footer style 14 and added a hyperlink and noticed that the link color is #999999 and would like to make it white. I see that the .css responsible for this is et-divi-customizer-global-15882491318224.min.css but don't know where can I edit that from Divi.

So I basically have 2 questions here:
    1. How can I tell what exactly generated et-divi-customizer-global-15882491318224.min.css so next time I can do the edits myself.
    2. How can I make that link white?

Might be coming from Theme Customizer > General Settings > Typography > Body Link Color

Normally, it would be coming from:
    - Theme Customizer
    - Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS
    - Secion / Row / Module Settings
The easiest way is to edit the module settings & change the link color for that module only.

This was the answer: Theme Customizer > General Settings > Typography > Body Link Color
