Change Divi Child Footer Content

    Hello - I'm trying to change the contact info in my Divi Child footer, in the footer.php file. I even tried commenting out the old content. Each time I save, I get this msg: "Something went wrong. Your change may not have been saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over FTP."

    Seems like this shouldn't be so hard. Do I really have to do an FTP to make this simple change?

    Not sure but maybe there's security plugin interferes with that? If you have any security plugin installed, try to disable it & see if it works.
