Changes to Header/Footer Not showing up on Home Page but Others

    Hello. I am trying to get my header and footer to show up on the home page. It shows up on all other pages but not the home page. I was reading how others have had this issue and that we should set it to default page instead of blank page for the template which it is default. Any other suggestions would be so appreciated. Thank you.
