Changing the 'Submit Comment' button on Module

    I've been trawling the net trying to find a way to change the 'Submit Comment' button text on the comments module. There is a post here but it doesnt seem to work and I am thinking maybe its for the generic comments button on WordPress. Any advice appreciated.
