Checkboxes & Radio buttons not working in Mega Menu Pro

I've got a mega menu pro set up for contact page. Everything is fine except when I try to add radio buttons or checkboxes using the contact form module. I want to create a list where the client can select the services they're interested in. When I set it up, I can ck a box and see it in the visual module in the back end but it won't allow me to select any of the boxes if I try to do it in visual mode or on the front end. Any help would be great.
