Client's Website Has One Section Where Buttons/Links Don't Work

    I made a website for my client recently and the weirdest bug I've ever encountered came up.

    It's a one-page website - but the "Payment Processing" section features "Apply Here" buttons that don't work on Desktop - but mobile seems to be fine. I've rolled back divi to the previous version, I've deactivated all plugins, and i'm officially looking for ideas on what could be causing this!
