Combining toggle and tab

    Hi everyone - sorry if this is a really dumb question, but I'm working on my website and am okay using tabs and toggles to manipulate content. I've seen on some sites that they seem to have tabs/menus and then toggles/tabs inside that...is this possible? Any pointers on how to do it would be really appreciated.

    This is the kind of thing I'm trying to do - notice that there are tabs (or is a menu) at the top and then other tabs down the side.

    I'm sure it's a really basic thing I've missed, but I can't see it!
