Contact form submission problem

    When a contactform is submitted on my page https://hendrixhuybregts.nl/geldboom/ it doesn't just show the message "Wij hebben uw aanvraag ontvangen." (meaning as much as we received the form) but it shows the whole module again (see screenshot). The redirect URL is not on or anything so really can't find out what the problem is. Does anybody have an idea?
