    the first picture is how it looks on the website builder..the second picture is how it actually looks when i view it on my phone. i thought the issue could have been that divi wasnt updated but i just updated it and it still looks like this.

    Try to disable Dynamic CSS & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > General > Performance > Dynamic CSS > Disabled
