Solved Contact form working correctly on one page, but not the other

Hi there,

I've added a contact form to one page, and it's displaying fine, but when I try and add it to another page, it displays perfectly in the Visual Builder, but not on the live site. Why would this be happening? For reference, please see the homepage (https://www.ferrisheartsloane.com/) where it displays correctly, and this page (https://www.ferrisheartsloane.com/columns) where it displays incorrectly (left aligned, wrong layout).

I've even done so much as save the section to the library and insert it on the 2nd page, and it still displays incorrectly, so can't figure out what's going wrong!

Hi there - I was still having this problem until I tried your suggestion, and now everything works as expected. Thank you very much for your help with this, as you've saved me a lot of confusion and frustration!
