Contact Forms not submitting

Hey there!

I've recently set up a new site (https://cheltenhamsupperclub.com/) but the contact forms at the bottom of the pages won't submit when I click on the submit button. It just stays there and doesn't show the confirmation message.

I've checked and there's no custom css or similar attached to these modules.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hey thanks for the reply. We actually don't have any plugins installed on the site at all, other than Really Simple SSL (but we installed that after the problem, so that's not the cause). Do you know what else might be causing it?

When you say 'there are some issues' would you mind elaborating? If it's design wise, then that's not 100% finished yet, but I'm always open to recommendations!

Thanks so much for the feedback. I did get that issue once yesterday but assumed it was my slow wifi connection. I've done all of those things and unfortunately I've still got the same issue with the contact form...

I've tried a few other combinations of settings too and no changes, even after clearing my caching etc.

If it's not clear why that's not working, maybe I'll just have to try a different contact form plugin...
