    You need to use Divi Theme Builder to create the global header design using Divi Builder: https://www.elegantthemes.com/documentation/divi/the-divi-theme-builder
    **It should be pretty easy to duplicate the header design.

    I see that you previously purchased Divi Ultimate Header Plugin. You may use that as well. And use premade style 3 for a quick start: https://header-demo.diviultimate.com/style-3/
