Custom Post Type missing 'Enable Divi Builder' option

    When you create a custom post type using plugins like ACF, by default Divi Builder is disabled on the new post type.

    You just need to enable it at: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Post Type Integration > Enable Divi Builder On Post Types & find your custom post type & enable it & save it.
