Customize tab not working

    Hi,
    The customize tab under appearance tab is not working properly. Only widgets option appears. The customize tab is also not working on the theme customizer option and module customizer option under Divi theme.


    How, can I fix this?

    Would suggest you to reinstall Divi.

    Hi,
    Sorry for late response. I have reinstalled divi but still, the issue is not solved. when I activate other themes then the customize tab is showing all the tabs. one more issue I have found that I have updated the Wordpress version 3 weeks back still it asking to reinstall Wordpress 4.9.5. I have install 2-3 times, but it is still asking me to reinstall.
