Solved Design work after save, but break after one refresh

    Hello i have a very strange issue:

    This is the design on my divi builder:

    And it work one time after a save, but then break like this after a refresh:

    I solved it.
    I can report a bug: i commented out the css in custom css and it was commenting out the whole CSS theme xD
