Desktop Video Bkgd slowing Mobile Speed (Disabled On Mobile)

    Hello,

    I cannot seem to fix this issue.

    I have a large video background at the top of my website on desktop. I need my mobile speed to load fast, so I disabled the main header section to only be seen on desktop and I created a new mobile friendly header...

    but when I run PageSpeed Insights...

    it looks like that video is being counted against my speed...even though the video is disabled from view on mobile.

    Any help would be greatly appreciate!
