Disabled Plugins with "Plugin-off" WP File Manager

    Hello,

    Please help me…
    I have made a rather silly mistake and need urgent assistance.

    Whilst attempting to troubleshoot an image quality issue I followed a tutorial that suggested I try to turn my plugins off.
    I did this by via my WP-File Manager by changing the “Plugins” file name to “Plugins-off”.

    Now all of my plugins are off including my WP-File Manager so I cannot change it back that way. I also cannot install any new plugins as I have edited the theme to “plugins-off”.

    Is there any other way to access my old WP-File Manager to change this back?

    I owe ya!

    If your hosting is using cPanel, you just need to login to your hosting account > cPanel > File Manager to access the files.

    Alternatively, in your hosting account, you may find FTP login credentials. And you may download FileZilla to login your FTP details & access the files.

    From there, change back the plugin directory name.
