Disappearing custom themes

    Hi guys,

    We have an issue with almost 50 custom themes we built using the Divi Theme Builder have disappeared. We've checked the DB and can see they are still there but they don't appear in Divi. I've tried "safe mode" but that didn't work.

    Speaking to the normal support offered nothing, just wasting hours while super slow support guys reply every 30 mins to each question and waste the entire day. Then the ticket was escalated where the only "solution" offered was to run a backup and then restore the site and hopefully the themes will appear. They didn't and so we have to make a decision to remake all the themes again and hope the problem doesn't reoccur.

    My main concern is that i don't think this is a hosting or WP issue but rather some problem with Divi. And of course, if i don't trust Divi because this could happen again then i'm not confident using Divi in the future and would consider jumping over to Elementor.

    So before we make a decision i wanted to get some thoughts from Divi users, has anyone experienced this before? Or got any ideas we can try?

    Haven't heard before such issue. But for backup, you may export the Divi Theme Builder templates once you're done. Just so that you can easily import it again later on, if it happens again.
