Divi Anchor Link pointing to mid section

    Hi,

    I'm currently adding anchor links to my CEO's website to point the Mgmt team name to the bio below but when I click on the name, it brings me to the middle of the paragraph instead of the top.

    I am not a website developer and have minimal experience so struggling to fix the issue.
    Please help!
