    Hy there,

I hope you all are doing well. Actually after recently update my divi builder stopped loading, pre-loader is just swinging (attached image), no matter whatever I do. I cleared all sorts of cache, uninstalled all plugins even reinstalled divi theme itself but nothing worked out. Divi builder is loading or working only in safe mode. So, out of frustration I thought why not reinstall wordpress and see if its working. I made the backup of website and reinstalled wordpress and just installed divi and you know what same issue. Divi builder is not loading. It will load only in safe mode. I am wondering what is the problem. I contacted my host provider and they could not solve it either.
It is just me or any one else is also facing this issue?

Any kind of help will be really appreciated.

    Regards,
    Shehzad Asif

If it works in Safe Mode, meaning one of the below is causing the issue:
    1. Plugins
    2. Child Theme
    3. Custom Code in WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Integration

You mentioned that you disabled all plugins & still not working. Thus, only left with child theme & custom code.

If you don't have a child theme, then try to disable the custom code in WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Integration & see if it works. See screenshot below:

thanks...that didn't work and I don't think it's the child theme only because that hasn't changed since the beginning and this text module is new behavior? Or do you think it's possible that divi updated and then it caused a conflict? I'm back to wondering about the plug ins...I disabled them one by one but maybe I should disable all and add them back one at a time?

You may just simply activate parent Divi theme as active theme & see if it works. This is to have a quick check whether your child theme is causing the issue.

Next is to disable the code in WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Integration & see if it works.

If both the above doesn't work, then you should try to disable all your plugins & see if it works. If it works, then one of your plugins is causing the issue & you will need to enable it back one by one to find the culprit.

thanks. I made divi active and it works. I'm guessing when divi did their update it wasn't fully compatible with the child theme. hmmm. this is a bummer
