Divi Builder sections stack on top of each other?

    Divi Ultimate Header Plugin

We noticed on some installations if we have the Divi Ultimate Header plugin enabled and a header layout enabled the page builder in a page or post will stack on top of each other as we scroll down the editor page. We also noticed this happen on the front end builder as well.

If we disable the plugin and then add the same header layout in the Theme Builder the page builder works perfectly. We also disabled all other plugins to isolate the issue and even with all other plugins disabled the Ultimate Header plugin causes a scrolling issue on the back end page builder and front end builder.

We have tested this on 3 separate installations and we get the same result. What's odd is on other installations in the same server we don't get that issue.

In addition, we tested all the header layouts and no matter which one we use they all have the same issue. The minute we disable the plugin...the issue disappears.

Let me know if anyone else is running into this.
