Solved Divi Contact Extended displaying unwanted box

    I'm using Divi Contact Extended plugin by Trumani in order to be able to upload a file. The problem is that there is a rectangle showing at the bottom left side of the form that I have not be able to eliminate (shown circled in red). Does anyone have an idea?
