Divi Footer CSS Modification

Hello,
I try to modify my footer a.hover of the footer menu item in the same way as I found a solution for the main-menu:
#top-menu-nav #top-menu a:hover,
#mobile_menu_slide a:hover {
color: black !important;
opacity:1 !important;
}

Is there a way to do it in the same way for the footer?
I tried
#bottom-nav a:hover {
color: red;
opacity: 1 !important;
}
but this didn't work.

Next Question:
How can I reduce the height of the footer, menu and social media row?
