Solved DIVI Header Style #6

I am trying to change the background of the entire section in the header for Style #6. I changed the image background and even the color's opacity but when I go to preview it the old image and solid black background are still there. I also changed it in the mobile section below it as well and same on a cell phone no changes to the background. I tried doing this in the classic builder and then the front end builder here is the link - https://jxw.c2a.myftpupload.com/.

 

I have the DIVI Static CSS file Regeneration Disabled. I was told to do that by DIVI to help with caching.

 

I think this is a bug or error with the DIVI Header I don't see that there is an update. I changed the header background on both section 1 (which is desktop and tablet) and also section 2 (mobile) to an orange background and yet it is still black just to see if my changes are working. I am able to change the Blurb Modules and Call to Action button but not the section background etc. Doesn't make sense and I also cleared the Cache.

Is there a DIVI Header Plugin update I have version DIVI Header Plugin 3.0.1? I am on a new Macbook OS 10.15 (Catalina) running the latest Google Chrome version 89. I will call GoDaddy but the fact that I can change the Blurb and Call to action says it is not their servers or cache files. Please advise.

 

P.S. I even looked at it in Safari or a Google Chrome incognito window and background color not changed.

 

I see there is custom CSS under the advanced tab on the background section. Let me remove and see if that helps.

 

I removed the black background code in Custom CSS under Advanced in the section module however the orange background never showed. I also had a background image so the question is does the background image override the background color? Say you want your background image to show thru the background color of say 40% opacity. That is what I was trying to test but it didn't work.

 

Also how do I change the font style of the main Primary menu and what is controlling the red background in the main menu? I want it to match the red in the dropdown and in the footer they look slightly different? What controlling this the DIVI Library #6 or the Theme Customizer < DIVI Header & Navigation? I think it is the DIVI Library item #6 because none of the background colors in theme customizer are currently being used? So confusing that there is no main font and background color for the primary menu in Style #6.

 

I think I answered all the questions in the menu system now I just need to know how do I match the Primary Menu background red to the dropdown menu background red. This is the color I am using in the dropdown menu background and footer (#cc0000) but the red in the primary menu looks slightly different and I am wondering what is controlling this?
