Divi Hover Multiply Elements Issue

Hello.
I'm using manual to create multiply elements on hover from here https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/...f-multiple-elements-on-hover-or-click-in-divi

My target is when user hover on button top image changing to another image + bottom image (phone) should to rise up upto 50px.

But there is some issue. If hover button in most it become loop. All elements become changing infinity without stopping.

I have some bug with this script.
Sometimes in different browser I can't see images before hover mouse.
Can you help me with this?

 

Absolutely no any lazy load or cache plugins at this moment
