Divi issues with page showing on mobile devices1

    Hello,

    I am new to Divi, and I was placed in charge of a wordpress website, that has Divi. I have never before used this particular plugin in a wordpress before, so I wanted to know how to make sure whatever I place on the website can also show in the mobile phones and tablets. The new information I am providing on the website is not showing on mobile or tablets. I am having a hard time with this plug in, and might end up getting rid of it if it is not easy to use for us. I was told to create the content twice so that it could show, but all it does is it shows it repeated on mobile. Any help, will be appreciated.
