Solved Divi library not loading

Hi folks

Working on a new site for a client and the Divi library has suddenly stopped loading. When I try and add something from the library, the loading animation just runs and runs. This is a highly template based website with lots of global elements so I really need the library to be able to make it work.

A couple of things I've noticed that might be related:

• When I browse the library in the back-end I sporadically get the error: 'divi failed to load existing layouts. Please try again later'.
• I have tried to rollback divi but get the message: 'The previously used version of Divi does not support version rollback.' which is not something I have seen before.

Things i have tried that have not fixed the issue:

• Deactivating all other plugins.
• Deactivating and reactivating Divi.
• Rollback Divi. Divi will not allow rollback.
• Deleting all items from the divi library.
• Checked library in a different browser (library does not load).
• Checked a different divi website (library loads fine).

I guess the next option is to uninstall and re-install Divi?

Hoping that won't set me back too far in terms of deleting everything I have already done.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

This issue ended up having nothing to do with Divi and everything to do with having a very large website and some memory limitations on its hosting environment. The library loaded correctly once the limitations were removed.
