Trying to follow tutorials online to work on my website and I keep hitting road blocks with missing settings. Most notably my Custom CSS options under the Advanced Tab. Several tutorials and suggestions lead me here to customize specific options that I do not have. I only have three option here (Before, Main Element, & After) while all the tutorials have several past "After". Is there a setting somewhere I have to check to unlock all these options? The tutorials are all 2019 guides and I have the most recent update to the Divi Builder. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe you're referring to the Row Settings custom CSS area > Column Main Element.

In the newer Divi version, the column now has it's own settings. Thus to access that, you just have to go to Row Settings > Column Settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Main Element
