Divi Mobile Bar Stopped Showing on Mobile Devices

Hi,
First of all, I would like to thank you for this amazing plugin. I have started using it very recently. It was working perfectly fine. But somehow it has stopped appearing on mobile devices.

For your background:
I wanted to add a Google Adwords conversion tracking code on specific pages. For that, I used a plugin Header Footer Code Manager. I thought this problem happened because of that. I deactivated the plugin first and then deleted the plugin, and also purged the cache on the server-side as well. But the Divi Mobile Bar is still not showing up.

Can anybody please help me resolve the issue? I am doing PPC and it has an important call to action.

I tested the responsiveness of the website on https://www.browserstack.com/ it is showing me that the Divi Mobile Bar is visible on some devices while invisible on other devices. Screenshots attached.

This was not the situation before. Can you please help me resolve this issue? Would really appreciate that.

thank you for the prompt reply. I suppose the problem was because of the plugin Header Footer Code Manager. I checked on other devices, it is working fine. It's just that it is not showing on my mobile, maybe because of the cache thing. However, please give me some more time to come back to you if the problem persists. It was a nightmare.
