Divi Mobile View don`t work. Only Desktop View is active

I am having problems with the mobile views of the website. I want to adjust the size of elements for the mobile views. If I change this, however, the view of the main page of the website is also changed for the PC view. I can't create different views for desktop and mobile. Here Divi makes no difference in the adjustments. What do I have to set so that I can configure my own view for Mobile?
