Divi Opt-In Button Integration w/ Ontraport's Pop Up Lightbox

I want to use our Ontraport (CRM) for email opt-ins using a pop-up "Lightbox" and put it into our Divi theme WP site: http://dramandanoelle.com/loveblocks/

How do I get my opt-in buttons to integrate with Ontraport's "Click to Pop Up Lightbox"? When I paste the ONTRAPORT code into the Divi button link, or in the CSS area, nothing happens once I save it and click the button. The code gets stripped....

Here is what the ONTRAPORT page says:

1. Select Lightbox

2. Enter the link text you would like to appear

1. Copy the code in the step above.
2. Paste the code into your HTML where ever you want the link to appear.
