    Since you purchased it from divitemp, you should refer to their support for your questions.

    But I would suggest you to go to the Row Settings > Column Settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Main Element & add overflow: visible!important;

    And see if it works.

    If not, will need to view your site to check further.
