Divi: strange characters mobile view from Iphone

    Hello. One person told me that she see strange characters on mobile view from Iphone 7
    Some characters instead of hamburger menu and some lions icon on accordion
    All on screens.
    I have checked by this tool Everything looks good.
    Can't understand why she see it.
    Can somebody tell what is wrong?

    I checked it on iPhone 11 & it looks fine. I believe usually it's due to slow internet connection, then only they see the weird icons during loading.

    You can ask them to refresh & see if it works. If not, perhaps try to clear the mobile browser cache & load again.
