Solved Divi text module not showing other plugin's buttons

Hi, we are trying to do this tutorial https://almostinevitable.com/divi-tutorial-video-background-hero-section/ as an alternative for the video background on our home page. But as we use the text module of Divi, the plugin's button is not showing in the text module. That button is used to generate the shortcode for the video background.

Just to inform, we want an alternative for the video background since we want the video to load faster than our website and we are trying this alternative so we can try to improve our page speed score.

 

I just edited other post type and get the shortcode there as a work around.
