Divi Theme Builder create multiple sections for client to edit

My client wants to modify the locations of their stockists and markets they sell at.
They would like to update the details of upcoming markets and also add new stockists (or remove them). change the order etc.

I have created a page with a different section for each sales outlet.
I don't particularly want the client to have access to Divi Visual Builder as it would be too complicated for them.

Using Divi Theme builder is so easy for blog posts and stuff but wondering how I could achieve the above.
